Production technology
The production line adopts Danish Hartmann production technology and a full set of imported production equipment. From the preparation of the slurry to the forming, drying and packaging of the product, all automatic and automatic control are realized. The production process is mature, high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable product quality, and high production capacity. Sufficient inventory and timely delivery.
The main production equipment
The production line also introduces many upgraded equipment, such as high-concentration pulper, grinding tool cleaning device, tray cleaning device, chain automatic lubrication device, heating gas hood of the molding machine, etc. which significantly improve the operation performance of the equipment, save the energy, and reduce the production cost and decrease waste. Among them, the most effective equipment is the heating gas hood of the molding machine. As a result, the output increases by 10%, the drying energy saving is up to 9%, and the dryness of wet product increases by 2%, thus bringing up better product quality and lower waste.
