      On May 28, 2019, THORNICO Group established Chuzhou Sanovo Paper Packaging Co., Ltd. in Chuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The establishment of the egg packaging business in China will contribute the development of Chinese egg packaging sector with its world-class cutting-edge technology.

      The project of Chuzhou Sanovo Paper Packaging Co., Ltd. attracts an investment of 120 million yuan, covering an area of 22410m2. The Chuzhou Sanovo applies production technology offered by Hartmann Company in Denmark, employs a full set of imported production lines, and will have the capability of producing all types of egg trays and egg cartons. Adherence to the environmental-friendly philosophy, Chuzhou Sanovo uses recycled waste paper as raw materials and produces egg trays and egg cartons through various procedures, including hydraulic pulping, vibration deslagging, pulp conditioning, vacuum dehydration, and pressing. The project is expected to reach the production scale of 200 million pieces of molded egg packaging products per year.
